Legal Text
Article (74) Paragraph (14) of the Traffic Law:
"Shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months and a fine of not less than fifty dinars and not exceeding five hundred dinars, or by one of these two penalties, anyone who commits any of the following acts:
(14) The driver of the vehicle – while driving it – making or receiving any call on a mobile phone using his hand to hold it."
